Here's why its a problem

2️⃣ Set Boundaries: Say no to commitments that don’t align with your priorities.
3️⃣ Schedule Downtime: Reserve time for rest and relaxation.
4️⃣ Limit Distractions: Minimise distractions, e.g. screen time.
