There is Actually No Such Thing as a "Wellness Blueprint"
It dawned on me recently that my company name wasn't totally accurate.
There is no single blueprint for any person's well-being, it's not copy-paste.
What works for Harry won't work for Barry.
But you do have your own personal, bespoke blueprint.
We all need to prioritise a few things in life (I like to call them cups)
- Connection cup
To self and others. A community of 'your' people who prop you up and support you. - Health cup
Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. - Work cup
A career which fulfils us, inspires us, motivates us and pays us what we need. - You cup
Time and space for you, just you. To rest, recover, be with yourself and prioritise you.
It's a juggle, and invariably it's the work cup that is often the fullest, or get the most time and attention.
But what about the rest?
Well, it's actually the others which give you the energy and ability to keep that work cup where it needs to be.
I don't believe there is a single blueprint.
But you have your own blueprint, everyone does.
That's what I help people build.
In a group setting, I present options that align to your context and wants.
1-2-1 we unpack the options and they're presented based on an intimate knowledge of your situation.
It's incredibly enjoyable and fulfilling work.
