Reframing is a critical skill. 

It’s a fundamental of building resilience to change, challenge and turbulence which in themselves are ALL part of life.

Learning how to pause.

To take a breath and ask…

‘Where is the opportunity here?’

‘How can I take something positive from this?’

‘What is the lesson for me here?’

It doesn’t mean that we have to ignore horrible things that happen to us in life.

But there will come a point where we need to shift our mindset towards opportunity and moving forwards.

My current favourite reframe is โคต๏ธ

‘How does this challenge fit into the context of my life? I will I feel about this tomorrow, in a week, month, year, 5 years?’
